I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPC Candidate) practicing under the supervision of Olivia Clement, LPC, at Renew Counseling Center near Oklahoma City. I work with individuals, couples, and families, in person on Thursdays and Fridays or by telehealth anywhere in Oklahoma.
What we can work on together
Anxiety. When worry, tension, or panic keep running in the background, we slow down and address what drives it, not just the symptoms.
Depression. When heaviness, numbness, or hopelessness have settled in, therapy offers a steady place to find your way back to yourself.
Trauma, including sexual trauma. At your pace, in a space that is safe and unhurried, we process what has felt unspeakable and loosen its grip on your present.
Relationships. For couples, families, and individuals, we look at the patterns that keep repeating and practice new ways of connecting.
Chronic illness and pain. When your body changes the shape of your life, there is grief, frustration, and loss that others don't always see. We make room for all of it and work toward a life that still feels like yours.
Life transitions. Career changes, moves, faith shifts, loss, new seasons of life. When the ground moves under you, therapy helps you find your footing.
Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about creating space to understand yourself more fully and take steps toward wholeness.
How It Works
I see therapy clients only in Oklahoma, through Renew Counseling Center, where I practice under supervision.
1. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation with me directly through the scheduling link below.
2. If we are a good fit, I set you up as a client at Renew Counseling Center, which handles intake paperwork and billing.
3. We meet weekly or as scheduled, in person in Bethany or by video anywhere in Oklahoma.
Sessions are $80 for individuals, couples, and families. BlueCross BlueShield is accepted; we can verify your coverage during your consultation.
