Meet Will
I know what it feels like to want change but stay stuck in the same patterns, unsure how to move forward.
If you are like many of the people I work with, you have tried to make changes on your own, only to lose momentum or slip back into old habits. You want to live with clarity, connection, and purpose, and no one should have to figure that out alone.
For more than 10 years, I have walked with adults, teens, and families through seasons of uncertainty, grief, transition, and growth. That work has taught me how much it matters to have someone alongside you as you make sense of your story.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and unhurried. I draw from attachment-based, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused approaches, paying close attention to how your relationships and experiences have shaped you. Together we explore your emotions and patterns with curiosity and compassion, process what has been painful, and practice new ways of relating that bring lasting change.
I see clients through Renew Counseling Center in Bethany, just outside Oklahoma City, in person on Thursdays and Fridays and by telehealth anywhere in Oklahoma.
